斗牛要不要？XD

昨晚11pm的时候和班上几个同学去打篮球,
这个提议是JOJO提出的。
我问他为什么那么突然，他说：“世界末日快到了，一定要做一些特别的事情”
哈哈~他说的也有道理啦~活着就要享受生活，过得精彩！^^
另一个原因是想借运动来解压.（下个星期有test >.<）

原本我们要到Cafeteria旁边那个篮球场的，
可是已经有学生用了，（INTI学生都运动到很晚 XD）
所以我们就到carpark旁边那个篮球场，
那里没有灯，我们只是靠外面商店的灯光来照明。
看东西有点辛苦，但还是可以玩到球啦~

说真的，我真的好久没玩篮球了，
小学的时候比较常玩篮球，中学就很少碰篮球了。
这是我第一次在大学玩篮球，哈哈~
我们只是玩玩投球，因为我们都不大会玩篮球。:P
玩篮球+聊天+休息就过了两个小时！我们1am才打道回府。

脉诊讲座

今早有clinical practice, 来了几个来自中国的病人。

奇怪的是，她们不约而同都说要求针灸减肥，

重点是她们一点都不胖，我们听了眼睛睁得好大，打量她全身，觉得她们根本不需要减肥啊~

我在猜INTI最近有什么特别活动吗？为什么那么多学生要减肥，哈哈~

今天上课到六点，七点到九点有一个关于脉诊的讲座，主讲人也是Dr.Yong~

Dr.Yong是中医师，可是他也读了电子工程文凭哦~

所以他现在希望结合中医和电子，很酷吧？哈哈~

其实现在已经有脉诊器了，就是一个可以测量脉搏的仪器，可以更准确的辨别脉搏的种类。

可惜现在的脉诊器还有一点缺陷，还需要改良。

新书~^^

最近学校有摆书摊，就去看看有什么好东西。
旧书卖RM15一本，两本RM25.
最后选了一本关于经络按摩的书，
《韩医金昭亨的30分钟经络按摩》,
韩国人的中医~哈哈~
原本以为有Discount, 结果他说新书没有折扣，=___=
最后还是花了RM38.40 买下它了，因为觉得它对我有用。
有时候生活上出现小问题就用得着啦~^^

迟到~

最近常常迟到，也不算很迟啦，大概5分钟吧~
我以前都很准时的，而且都会提早到达。
我不希望别人等我，因为我知道等人很不好受~ =_=
所以现在我把手表时间调快5分钟，尽量早点出门咯~

今天早上8:30am 有中药实验课，原本8:15am准备出门了，
可是肚子又有点不舒服，就去上厕所咯~
结果8:25am才出门。
我已经尽量赶去了，去到门口大概迟了两分钟而已，
可是老师已经锁了门！
觉得很纳闷，因为第一次被锁门，
还好Joong Shin也迟到了，不是我一个人。:P
等老师讲解完后她才开门让我们进。

好啦~从现在开始我不要再迟到了!!! @_@

草药野外课 Part 2

今天药剂学老师请假，所以只有两个小时的草药课，
今天是课外教学, 终于可以穿便服了！

其实我没有收到关于药剂学取消的信息，刚好我上FB，Brian告诉我才知道的。
可是更过分的是也没有人通知我草药课提前了一个小时!
我当时在睡午觉中，让后宇洁 call 我，当时就心知不妙。
然后我就急急忙忙赶去，还好我只是迟了10分钟。
有一点不爽咯~ 因为全班只有我一个人不知道~ >.<

今天草药课只上了1个小时半，因为天气实在太热了！
艳阳高照，可是又乌云满天~看起来像快要下雨了。
最后大家受不了了才打道回府~

Ms Nurul's Wedding

Today is the wedding day of Ms Nurul~ <3

Our wedding gift to Ms Nurul----Nice brooch~

We take ktm to UKM station and then take cab go to Ms Nurul's house.

Her house is very big, yellow in color, like a palace~ ^^

We reach there around 2pm, and take our lunch there.

Curry + rice=nice!

Their wedding ceremony is simple yet ceremoniously~^^

I also try my very first time greet the bride and groom in Malay way.

the procedure is somewhat like these:

1) take some rice and put on the hand of bride and groom

2) splash few drops of water on their hand.

3) shake hand with the bride(we din't shake hand with the groom, maybe because we are girls)

That's all, after that bridesmaid will give you a bunga telur~

First time get a bunga telur~a golden flower with an egg~

After the greeting session, bride and groom will go take their lunch.

We spend most of the time taking picture in the house,LOL~

Because the the scene is so nice to take picture~ so pinkish and dreamy~(*like) XD

Earthquake

I log in my facebook account today, and found a lot of post is related to Japan Earthquake.
my first thought is "WHAT? earthquake again?"
Earthquake just happened in New Zealand recently.
Their problems haven't finish yet, now another earthquake happen at another country.

I really hate natural disaster, even though Malaysia is a lucky country that doesn't occur some natural disaster.
BUT, I think Malaysia will not be a safe place anymore, since the earth crest is changed.
Even though our country is not on the area of earthquake still got chance to happen in future.
just like China and New Zealand~

It seems like Doomsday will coming soon.
Scientist estimate it will happen on 21st December 2012.
hmm.....actually I don't want to worry about it, because we can't do nothing to prevent it happen.
What we can do is waiting THE DAY come (sound negative?)

Our life still need to going on, and we should cherish what we having now.
Live happily and enjoy the live!

我收到喜帖！

第一次收到喜帖，而且是马来人的婚礼。

Ms Nurul, 我 Microbiology 老师这个星期六举办结婚典礼。

我，Yu Jie, Jacqueline 去当flower girls,

也是一种新的体验，因为之前没有试过。

老师还帮我们买Baju Kurung, 

除了小学表演的时候穿过一次，就没有机会穿买来装了。

我们班一些同学到时也会出席老师的婚礼。

Ms Nurul 是其中一位让我敬佩的老师，

她很会教，因为她用的是互动教学，

只要专心上她的课，可以吸收到很多知识。

她也是我认识的马来老师中最好的，

英文好又会教的老师很难找~

所以当我们知道她要结婚，我们都很替她高兴~

第一次去巴生，最出名就是巴生河吧~
那里有两间出名肉骨茶的店，
巴生河旁边那间比较多人去，
我们去的是另外一间，老师说这间比较好~

这间肉骨茶店生意真的很好，
一早就坐满了客人，幸好刚好有客人吃完要走了。

好的东西都需要等~
等了很久才上饭菜。
等的当儿就拼命拍照，哈哈~

我们是最后一批客人耶!
那么快就卖完了~
如果迟一点去就吃不到了~
老板还给我们加汤底~嘻嘻~

我觉得这里的肉骨茶汤比较浓，肉质松软，
很够味，不会太甜，也不会腻~赞！
老师还分析过他放的药材，
一般在外面吃了肉骨茶容易上火，或口渴，
这里的肉骨茶放了沙参，和罗汉果，所以不会热气~
吃了很补，哈哈~

果然够传统~哈~

认真的在把脉

 吃之前和之后都要把脉，看身体变化~哈哈~
真的有效果哦~脉搏真的有变化，
气血都到肾/名门了，因为吃了补的东西，身体要吸收。
这是正常的现象，但有些同学却比较特别。

有些人吃了会头痛，因为气血跑到头上了，这个时候可以喝一些盐水（100plus）。
有些人吃了猪肉会胸口闷，因为胆汁分泌不足，可以喝酸性饮料,
如：酸甘汁，橙汁

p/s: 切记，吃了不要喝其他冰水哦~不然就浪费了肉骨茶的精华~

今天诊断学上课的时候，

老师开始讲到如何靠食物来医治自己的病。

然后提到巴生的肉骨茶，

据说那间是老字号，也是最纯正的肉骨茶~

然后全部人都变得很兴奋，听到都流口水了，哈哈~

结果干脆不上课，继续讲肉骨茶，

老师真的很搞笑~ : D

我们就提议这个星期日到巴生吃肉骨茶~

可是我们不是单纯去吃而已，

我们过后还得写一份报告，

吃之前和之后的分别，还要研究它用什么材料。

不过我无说为啦~还是很期待！哈哈~

考试前症候群

考试前症候群又出现了----郁闷
最近感觉心口闷闷的，很不舒服。
搞到我心情也不是很好~
精神也不好，上课会打瞌睡。
感觉这个sem没有休息的时间，
不是Assignment, 就是 Test.
好累~~~~~~~~
中药学的assignment可以不要那么难吗？
真的快要被逼疯了~ >.<


纯粹想发泄一下~
我很快就没事的！
