TaeTiSeo 1st Mini Album is released!!!

TaeTiSeo is the sub unit of SNSD (Girls' Generation) which consist of Taeyeon, Tiffany and Seohyun.

The track list is as followed:
1. Twinkle
2. Baby Steps
3. OMG (Oh My God)
4. Library
5. 안녕 (Good-bye, Hello)
6. 처음이었죠 (Love Sick)
7. 체크메이트 (Checkmate)

The mini-album is released on 29th April 2012. The physical copy is set for the 2nd of May. They will make their debut as a sub unit on M!Countdown on the 3rd of May.

"Twinkle" is a medium tempo dance track featuring a '70s/80s vibe with a catchy melody, and shows off the powerful vocals of the three members.

Few of the song tracks can be found on Youtube, other haven't officially released yet.

颈椎病。中平穴

上半年学期太多假期了，连老师都觉得时间过得太快，结果现在才赶着要考试，全部test和大考都挤在5月份至6月头，难熬的月份啊~~ >o<

要来的始终要面对，唉~~~

今天针灸课教到颈椎病，这是非常普遍的症，由其是学生。因为长时间低头读书，或者长时间对着电脑（说中我了）都会出现肩颈酸痛的问题。这几个星期我的肩颈就持续酸痛，针了局部后有稍微缓解，可是还没有完全康复。所以我自愿当白老鼠给老师做示范。=/\=

中平穴可治疗肩关节周围炎简称肩周炎，即冻结肩，又称五十肩。我的症状并不是五十肩，只是肩颈酸痛，可是这个穴道也会有帮助。

中平穴在足三里下1寸旁开1寸的位置。可以直刺2-3寸针，老师说针感会一瞬间到脚尾端，是一个刺激感蛮强的穴道。

中平穴应该再高一点才对

林福财老师真是一位很有经验的老师，他一看我的脚就知道我“脾虚”（因为脚有些浮肿），脾虚的人得气感会比别人差，所以我比别人更能够忍受疼痛。老师做了很多手法我才慢慢有针感，然后越来越强。针了穴道后肩膀确实有稍微缓解，可是我的肩膀已经有硬块，我想需要配合推拿才能达到更好的效果。

老师看到我的膝盖然后按压了几下就诊断出我的膝盖韧带受伤，而且是旧患。比较左右脚，发现左膝盖旁的韧带按压后特别痛。因此，我可能还会有腰的问题。这真的令我非常的吃惊，我居然到今天才知道我身体有那么多问题。我也庆幸我是中医学生，因此才能够了解自己的身体状况。下个星期将会教到韧带受伤的治疗方法，到时候又是我做示范了。=__=

针后感：走路都会有针感，第二天就没有针感了，可是右边肩颈却觉得更紧绷，抬手会觉得酸痛。好像变得更严重了 >o< 老实说可能是因为刚好受寒。:(

# Day 39

终于用我的LX5拍了照片！^^

这是今天傍晚的景色，没有特别好看，纯粹想试机 XD

Finally get my LX5 !

I want a new camera for so long, finally I can change my camera now! ^v^
My new camera is Lumix LX5, this is old model,  not interchangeable lens camera, it is just a high-end compact camera.

Many people ask me why I' m not buy a DSLR, I think I should buy the camera that suit me. I just want a easy carry camera which produce high quality photo, a premium compact camera will do. Some people bought a DSLR but just use the auto mode, even seldom use it because too bulgy, then why buy it?=___=
I thinking of interchangeable lens camera before, it is small size and light weight, but the price is too expensive(almost same price as DSLR).

After doing research and consideration, I finally make this decision. I was comparing it with Canon S100, which is new model. However, after testing the Canon S100, I felt the grip of S100 is bad and the axis is hard to turn. Maybe because I familiar with Lumix camera, canon is strange for me. :P


Bought it through lowyat forum, promotion price RM1299  free an adapter.

 My elder brother own a black one, while I prefer white color~ ^^

Food Hunting in Melaka!

好久没有更新我的部落格了。上个星期五，六，日到马六甲游玩。因为刚结束test1，所以就和几位同学去玩，轻松一下~

我们总共6 个人去搭巴士到马六甲，到达目的地已经是晚上8点多。我们住在June（住在马六甲的同学）的家。

第一天的晚餐就是马六甲出名的satay celok！每串RM0.60。

第一次尝试，有点像satay酱火锅，还不错~

晚餐后去唱K！可惜里面的歌好少，唱得不过瘾。我们唱到1点多，大家都累到要睡着。

Karaoke 旁边就是海边，风景很美

第二天的早上到Jonker Street! 那里有好多好吃的东西，算是旅游景点吧~

早餐吃鸡饭粒，那间店生意超好

三叔公是其中一个买土产的地方

durian cendol~也是第一次吃，很浓郁的榴莲香。RM5.80一个，蛮贵的。

我在想，为什么马六甲那么多榴莲食品？好像没有听说那里出产榴莲。=_=

逛完 Jonker Street, 然后到Dataran Pahlawan 英雄广场走走，吹吹冷气，外面实在太热了。

晚餐到一家餐馆用餐，我们到那里的时候已经9点多了，等到10点多菜才来，饿死了~

我们吃饱后准备去付钱的时候，June踩到老鼠，那只老鼠还咬伤她的脚趾。那里的员工知道后只是说：“哦~”而已，连道歉的话都没有说。更惊奇的是坐在旁边的顾客也是很平静，好像老鼠咬人是很普通的事情。我们听到都傻眼。那间餐馆是东升圆火窝煮炒餐馆，又慢又贵，而且还有老鼠！>.<

晚上再到Jonker Street逛街，有点像夜市。

星期日早餐吃点心，可能太饿了，忘记拍照片。=__=

到马六甲，当然要吃千层蛋糕！

闻名已久的Nadeje,终于吃到了！^^

这趟两天两夜的美事之旅的确吃了很多食物，可是每天都睡不够，导致现在精神不足，需要一些时间才能补回来。
